Returns

Requests for returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Baby Jay will assign a return authorization number, which must be clearly indicated on the box of returned goods. Returns will not be accepted without a RA number. Merchandise refused or approved for return for reasons other than defects will be subject to shipping charges and a restocking fee of 20%.
